Fopcice provides legal consultation and advisory services only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. All advice is subject to applicable Malaysian law and professional standards.
Fopcice maintains attorney-client privilege and strict confidentiality for all client information, except where disclosure is required by law or court order.
Fopcice's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Client remains liable for all work performed and expenses incurred prior to termination.
Client data is processed in compliance with Malaysian data protection laws. We employ industry-standard security measures. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and resolved through arbitration or court proceedings in Kuala Lumpur.
Fopcice reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance.
